The polarization selective color filter includes: a first color conversion layer including a plurality of first quantum rods that absorb light of a first wavelength and emit light of a second wavelength longer than the first wavelength; and The second color conversion layer is disposed on the first color conversion layer and includes a plurality of second quantum rods that absorb light of a second wavelength and emit light of a third wavelength longer than the second wavelength. The polarization selective color filter can be applied to a color filter array of a display device and can improve contrast.
