Abstract

The invention discloses a novel flame-retardant PI compound single-sided adhesive tape which comprises a release paper layer, a first substrate layer and a flame-retardant adhesive layer arranged between the release paper layer and the first substrate layer, wherein a flame-retardant adhesive layer is arranged on the other outer surface of the first substrate layer and a second substrate layer is also arranged on the other outer surface of the flame-retardant adhesive layer; the first substrate layer and the second substrate layer are both PI material layers. Compared with the prior art, when the novel flame-retardant PI compound single-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the outer surface of a battery, the single-sided thickness of the battery is increased by about 80 microns, so that the probability of explosion of the whole battery is reduced; the adhered adhesive tape is flame-retardant at 94V0 level, so that an external fire source and an internal fire source are effectively prevented. In addition, the material is relatively thick, so that the anti-explosive effect of a product is further enhanced, and meanwhile, manual labeling and automatic labeling are facilitated.
