Problems solved by technology

The existing research on load restoration is mainly applied to the load restoration stage after grid reconfiguration. The difference between this stage and the grid reconfiguration stage is that there is no continuous operation of the units to be restored. Optimal load recovery, while the unit is continuously connected to the grid during the grid reconfiguration stage, and the restored system continues to expand, these optimization strategies cannot be directly applied
[0003] For the load restoration in the stage of network structure reconstruction, the existing strategy is to restore the load in an all-round way, but in this case, the restoration of the load needs to invest in new lines, thus increasing the time for load restoration
In the process of network structure reconstruction, the increased time of load recovery may affect the recovery of power supply, thereby affecting the efficiency of network structure reconstruction

Embodiment 1

[0096] Taking the IEEE10-machine 39-node system as an example, the power grid topology is as follows: image 3 As shown, unit 30 is a hydroelectric unit with self-starting capability, and the rest are thermal power units without self-starting capability. The start-up time of each branch road is set as 4min, and the load recovery of each step of grid reconfiguration is optimized by adopting the existing load recovery method and the method of the present invention respectively, and the load recovery amount is compared as Figure 4 shown.

[0097] Because the existing method starts the lines outside the recovery path when the load is restored, the load recovery time is increased, which in turn affects the start-up time of the remaining units to be restored, resulting in some units that could have been hot-started before they can be cold-started. With the existing method, all units are fully recovered in 236 minutes, while the method of the present invention is used to optimize t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a load recovery method giving consideration to a gap between cold and hot start of a set. A to-be-recovered load is selected based on a preference strategy according to the cold and hot start states of the set, and a power-failure grid load recovery model is built. The method employs an artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the model, and obtains a load recovery scheme. The method mainly comprises the steps: 1, building a ranked knowledge base of all load nodes according to the cold and hot start states of the set and the positions of the load nodes; 2, determining a preference strategy of the to-be-recovered load node based on a qualitative preference description language and the ranked knowledge base of the load nodes; 3, building a load recovery optimization model; 4, solving the model through the artificial bee colony algorithm, and obtaining a load recovery scheme. The method makes the most of the gap between the cold and hot start of the set to recover the start line load and peripheral load of the set, prevents a new line load from increasing the recovery time, also increases the load recovery quantity, and has certain theoretical value and engineering value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of power grids, in particular to a load recovery method considering the gap between cold and hot start of a unit. Background technique [0002] Load recovery is an important task in the recovery process of the power grid after a power failure. It is not only the purpose of power grid recovery but also an important means to ensure the stability of the recovery process. During the grid reconfiguration stage, the recovery unit is used to start the unit to be restored. The load recovery plan will affect The grid connection time and output of the restored units will affect the efficiency of grid reconstruction. Therefore, it is necessary to study the load restoration in the process of grid reconfiguration to ensure the smooth progress of grid reconfiguration and gradually restore the entire system. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research work on load restoration optimization. The existing...
