Abstract

The invention provides a terminal information re-sending identification method and device for an ultra narrowband Internet of things (IOT) of radio and television spectrums. The method comprises the steps of extracting, when receiving a dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) request message sent by a terminal, terminal identification information from the DHCP request message; assigning a unique encoded value to the terminal identification information and sending the unique encoded value to the terminal that has sent the DHCP request message so as to cause the terminal to embed the unique encoded value into the DHCP request message; and assigning, when the same DHCP request message is received again, a corresponding IP address to the terminal according to the unique encoded value therein.
