The double-layer shower gel comprises upper solution and lower solution; the upper solution is prepared from 5-10% of an anionic surfactant, 3-5% of a zwitterionic surfactant, 2-4% of a nonionic surfactant, 3-8% of grease, preservatives and an appropriate amount of essences; the lower solution is prepared from 5-20% of an anionic surfactant, 3-6% of a zwitterionic surfactant, 2-6% of a nonionic surfactant, 20-80% of water, a moisturizing agent, an active compound, pigments, preservatives and essences. The shower gel is in two layers at a static state and supposed to be well shaken before use; by use with a foam pump head, uniform and fine foam can be generated, and skin can be moisturized and protected from dryness owing to the grease and the moisturizing agent in the formula.
