Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and in combination with specific embodiments.

[0023] Please refer to the attached figure, the prosthesis of temporomandibular joint fossa includes lateral retention wing 1 and condyle bearing surface 2. The lower edge of the lower edge is connected with the condylar supporting surface 2 as a whole, and there is a top protrusion 3 on the top surface of the condylar supporting surface. The top surface of the condyle supporting surface 2 of the protrusion 3 is fitted to the patient's temporomandibular joint fossa, and the bottom surface of the condylar supporting surface 2 is fitted to the lower condyle head in the form of wrapping.

[0024] More specifically, the inner side of the lateral retention wing 1 fits the outer side of the patient's zygomatic arch, and is fixed to the outer side of the patient's zygomatic arch in the form of screws passing through multipl...

Abstract

The invention discloses a personalized temporal-mandibular joint fossa implant which comprises an outer side retainer wing plate and a condyle process supporting surface, wherein the inner side face of the outer side retainer wing plate is in retaining fit with the outer side face of zygomatic arch of a patient; the lower edge of the outer side retainer wing plate and the condyle process supporting surface are connected into a whole; a top bulge is formed on the top surface of the condyle process supporting surface and positioned in a direction of the inner side face of the outer side retainer wing plate; the top surface of the condyle process supporting surface with the top bulge is attached to the temporal-mandibular joint fossa of the patient; the bottom surface of the condyle process supporting surface is attached to the lower condyle process head in a wrapped form; and at least one of the length and height of the outer side retainer wing plate and the concave-convex forms of the inner side face is matched according to the zygomatic arch structure of the patient. The bone grinding amount on the zygomatic arch of the patient can be reduced in temporal-mandibular joint fossa implant surgery, traumas and interference of the personalized temporal-mandibular joint fossa implant on peripheral tissues of the zygomatic arch of the patient can be alleviated, and the joint fossa implant has high stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a personalized temporomandibular joint fossa prosthesis. Background technique [0002] Temporomandibular joint replacement is an important means of treatment for severe osteoarthritis, joint ankylosis, condylar tumor and condylar sudden resorption. Temporomandibular joint prosthesis replacement surgery has the advantages of being stable and non-absorbing, and does not need to open up a second surgical area, thereby reducing surgical trauma, and has been widely used abroad. The foreign standard temporomandibular socket prosthesis is designed according to the anatomical structure of Caucasians, which is somewhat different from that of Chinese people. During the application, bone grinding is required to match the shape of the prosthesis, and the operation is difficult. There is a risk of injury to the skull base and inferior alveolar neurovascular bundle. [0003] At present, dom...
