The method for generating the association relationship of the operating modes of the information system can obtain association relationships of a clerk system efficiently and rapidly, can monitor the hosts in the system, including performances, service health and the like based on the association relationship, and can remove possibly existing risks in the system in advance; and the method can provide an auxiliary policy for overhaul, can predict the influence scope and influence degree of the system when an abnormal fault occurs, and can make out priority judgment.
