The invention discloses a walking-aid wheelchair which comprises a frame, wheels installed under the frame, and a power source fixed on the frame, wherein the wheels comprise two driving wheels and two driven wheels; the frame comprises two handrail, and one handrail is equipped with a running controller; the two driving wheels are hub motor wheels and are connected to the running controller; the running controller comprises a base and a joystick assembled on the base; and the joystick can be shaken forwards, backwards, leftwards and rightwards relative to the base, so that advancing and retreating of the two driving wheels can be controlled, and leftward and rightward turning of the walking-aid wheelchair can be controlled. A positioning brake connected to the two driving wheels is disposed on the other handrail of the frame, wherein the positioning brake comprises a handle which can be pinched relative to the handrail as well as a poking part which can release the handle for handle resetting.
