Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting residual quantity of various veterinary drugs in animal-derived food. The method comprises the following steps: a sample with specific mass is acquired; the sample with specific mass is mixed with a first extracting agent with specific quantity, and a mixed solution is obtained; the mixed solution is subjected to separation treatment, and a separation solution is obtained; the separation solution is subjected to solid phase extraction treatment, and an eluate is collected; the eluate is subjected to nitrogen blowing treatment at a specific temperature, and a volume fixing agent is added for volume fixing; filtering is performed; the residual quantity of the veterinary drugs in a filtrate is detected. With adoption of the method, unnecessary operation of repeated pretreatment needed in the traditional method is avoided, a pretreatment flow is simplified, workload of a related worker is reduced, and efficiency of the worker is increased; the problem of repeated instrument determination for the conventional residue tests of the various veterinary drugs in the animal-derived food is solved, and the detection efficiency of the instrument is increased; the cost is reduced and saved 5 times or more than that of the traditional method; the usage of an organic solvent is reduced, emission is reduced, and benefit for environmental protection is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the detection field, in particular to a detection method for multiple veterinary drug residues in animal source food. Background technique [0002] my country's Ministry of Agriculture clearly stipulates in the 2003 (265) bulletin that no veterinary drug listed as prohibited shall be used. But in fact, in order to pursue the greatest economic benefits, it is quite common for farmers to use banned drugs as additives, such as pork poisoning incidents caused by adding clenbuterol hydrochloride (clenbuterol) to feed and athletes mistakenly taking stimulants events etc. The existing national standard methods for veterinary drug residues of sulfonamides, trimethoprim, sulfachlorpyrazine, quinolones and amantadine in food of animal origin are: GB / T 20759-2006, GB / T 21316-2007, GB / T 21316-2007, GB / T 22951-2008, GB / T 20366-2006, DB212394-2014. [0003] The above five traditional test methods need to adopt different pre-processing pr...
