The invention discloses a method for detecting residual quantity of various
veterinary drugs in animal-derived food. The method comprises the following steps: a sample with
specific mass is acquired; the sample with
specific mass is mixed with a first extracting agent with specific quantity, and a
mixed solution is obtained; the
mixed solution is subjected to separation treatment, and a separation solution is obtained; the separation solution is subjected to
solid phase extraction treatment, and an eluate is collected; the eluate is subjected to
nitrogen blowing treatment at a specific temperature, and a volume fixing agent is added for volume fixing; filtering is performed; the residual quantity of the
veterinary drugs in a filtrate is detected. With adoption of the method, unnecessary operation of repeated pretreatment needed in the traditional method is avoided, a pretreatment flow is simplified,
workload of a related worker is reduced, and efficiency of the worker is increased; the problem of repeated instrument determination for the conventional residue tests of the various
veterinary drugs in the animal-derived food is solved, and the detection efficiency of the instrument is increased; the cost is reduced and saved 5 times or more than that of the traditional method; the usage of an
organic solvent is reduced, emission is reduced, and benefit for
environmental protection is realized.
