This invention discloses a

interlocking device,
system, and method. The device includes a fixed bracket, a vertical miniature electric
actuator, a circular
interlocking baffle, a pressure plate position detection sensor, an
actuator position detection sensor, a local control
processing module, and a five-proof communication docking module. The circular
interlocking baffle is directly opposite the circular operating head of the pressure plate, and the electric
actuator drives it to switch between the interlocked and unlocked positions along a vertical linear trajectory. The fixed bracket has guide holes, and the interlocking baffle is connected to a guide post. The axis of the actuator, the axis of the guide post, and the axis of rotation of the operating head are vertically aligned. The
system is connected to a secondary five-proof host, unlocks step by step according to the operation
ticket, and receives dual confirmations of unlocking completion and operation completion. It has logic consistency monitoring and
timeout alarm. The device has a built-in power failure reset mechanism, which automatically unlocks when the power supply is interrupted. This invention eliminates spatial interference and wear risks, and achieves forced interlocking and closed-loop
process control.
