An embodiment of the invention provides a display method for pictures in a picture library. The method comprises the steps of determining to-be-displayed pictures; generating a temporary picture group according to the to-be-displayed pictures; and displaying the temporary picture group. According to the display scheme for the pictures in the picture library, a user can easily generate the temporary picture group; and when the pictures are shared to others, others only can view the pictures in the temporary picture group and cannot view other pictures, so that the problem of user privacy leakage is greatly avoided. Embodiments of the invention furthermore provide a display apparatus for the pictures in the picture library and a computer readable storage medium.
