Abstract

Through calculation of an area description parameter of a tobacco sheet sample and calculation of a morphological description parameter of the tobacco sheet sample, a structural equation model of influences of tobacco sheet size and shape distribution on tobacco shred structure is established, the obtained area description parameter of the tobacco sheet sample and the obtained morphological description parameter of the tobacco sheet sample are taken as hidden variables then, the obtained big-sheet rate, the obtained medium-sheet rate, the obtained small-sheet rate, the obtained fragment rate and Euclidean distances of four sheet types are taken as explicit variables, the hidden variables and the explicit variables are imported into the structural equation model established in a step III, regression weights and variance data are substituted into a matrix equation, and the obtained matrix equation can describe a multiple linear relation between the tobacco sheet area size and shape distribution and the tobacco shred structure.
