Embodiment Construction

[0019] figure 1 An arrangement for fastening a coupling element is shown by way of example and in schematic form. A view of the profiled part 2 arranged horizontally is shown, normal to the longitudinal direction of the profiled part 2 . The profiled part 2 is embodied as a hollow profiled part. Such an arrangement is typical for the underbody of a one-piece rail vehicle. The profiled part 2 has a recess 3 in one of its walls, through which the support 1 can be introduced. The bracket 1 comprises a flange plate with holes in it in order to form a screw joint with the profiled part 2 and a connection for the coupling element. In the exemplary embodiment shown, this connection is realized by means of bolts in order to receive corresponding holes in the coupling element. A more detailed representation of the connection or coupling element is not in figure 1 shown in . The recess 3 is rounded with the largest possible radius in order to avoid stress cracking. These rounded ...

Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement for fastening a coupling element to a body of a vehicle by means of a bracket, the vehicle being at least to some extent manufactured as an integral construction, and the bracket (1), when mounted, being arranged in the interior of a profile (2) of the body and being releasably connected to said profile (2).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an arrangement for fastening a coupling element to the body of a vehicle. Background technique [0002] The underbody of a vehicle, in particular a track-guided vehicle such as a rail vehicle, is joined to the body of the vehicle by means of several joints. This usually involves the detachable engagement of various elements, such as linkages, shock absorbers or springs, to fastening locations on the vehicle body. These fastening locations are embodied in various ways, depending on their respective manner of manufacture. In the case of so-called unibody construction, the body is manufactured from several metal profiled parts, which are connected to each other and finally form a body assembly with a chassis, walls, roof and end walls. These metal profiles are usually produced as hollow profiles made of light metal. In this embodiment variant, the majority of the fastening locations for the underbody parts are embodied as brack...
