Abstract

The invention provides a signal acquisition system for an injection molding machine. According to the signal acquisition system, the input end of a differential amplifier circuit (20) is connected to the output end of a linear opticalcoupler isolating circuit. The input end of an AD converter circuit (30) is connected to the output end of the differential amplifier circuit. The input end of a WIFI signal transmitting board (40) is connected with the output end of the AD converter circuit (30). The input end of the opticalcoupler isolating circuit (50) is connected to a digital signal output end of a controller of the injection molding machine. The output end of the opticalcoupler isolating circuit (50) is connected to a corresponding IO port of the WIFI transmitting board. The input end of the linear opticalcoupler isolating circuit (60) is connected to an analog signal output end of the controller of the injection molding machine and used for isolating the acquisition system from the injection molding machine. According to the signal acquisition system for the injection molding machine, high-low levels of corresponding IO ports are adopted for different processes during production of the injection molding machine, acquisition of signals of the injection molding machine is achieved, wireless acquisition of the signals is achieved by applying the WIFI transmitting board, and the automatic acquisition and automatic storage functions are achieved.
