An embodiment of the invention provides a blood pressure dynamic analyzing method and a blood pressure measuring device which are used for dynamically analyzing the situation of fluctuation of blood pressure of a user. The method in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring a newest blood pressure value of the user, and if the newest blood pressure value is an effective blood pressure value, storing the newest blood pressure value to historical blood pressure data of the corresponding user; when the number of blood pressure data in the historical blood pressure data corresponding to a targeted user is not less than a preset number and the newest blood pressure value of the target user is the effective blood pressure value, calculating a deviation value RS of a historical average value of systolic pressure in the newest blood pressure value of the target user and systolic pressure of the target user and a deviation value RD of a historical average value of diastolic pressure in the newest blood pressure value of the target user and diastolic pressure of the target user; and if RS and RD are smaller than 50%, carrying out dynamic blood pressure analysis on RS and RD according to a preset rule to obtain information of fluctuation of blood pressure of the target user, and displaying the information of fluctuation of blood pressure of the target user.
