Abstract

The invention discloses application of icariside II in preparing anti-hepatitis-B-virus products. Research results of in-vitro hepatitis B virus infected cell model experiments show that icariside IIcan inhibit expression of hepatitis B virus surface antigen and e antigen and can inhibit copying of hepatitis B virus DNA; in-vivo researches through a HBV infected mouse model show that icariside IIcan lower HBsAg, HBeAg and HBVDNA levels in HBV infected mouse serum. It is proved that icariside II has obvious anti-hepatitis-B-virus effect and can be used for preparing drug resistant to relateddiseases caused by hepatitis B virus infection.
