The method comprises the steps that an initial standard well is determined, and a local standard layer which is drilled in the initial standard well is determined at a target layer target of a research area; all wells for drilling of the local standardlayer with the initial standard well are determined; a peak value of a histogram of a well logging curve to be standardized, at the local standard layer, of the initial standard well and difference values among the peak values of histograms of well logging curves to be standardized, at the local standard layer, of all the wells are determined; standardization correction values of all the wells aredetermined according to the difference values, and the well logging curves to be standardized, at the local standard layer, of all the wells are subjected to standardization correction based on the standardization correction values; a well is selected from all the wells and used as the correlation well of the initial standard well, the correlation well is used as a new initial standard well, andthe unstandardized wells in the research area are standardized.
