The method comprises the following steps: step 1, creating a plurality of virtual servers on the cloud computing platform; step 2, matching the virtual servers according to a user request list, and allocating resources in a resource pool to users according to a matching result; step 3, dynamically allocating the resources in the resource pool according to temporary requirements of the users, wherein the temporary requirements are stored in a temporary requirement list; and step 4, recycling the resources in the resource pool according to the request of the users. The virtual IP numbers of the virtual servers are storedin the resource list; and the resource list stores resource records corresponding to the virtual servers.
