According to the stacking system and the aggregation group establishment device, the CB devices are provided with sub-aggregation groups which are established according to the MAC addresses of the PE devices and physical ports connected with the PE devices; each sub-aggregation group comprises the correspondence between the MAC address of a PE device and a physical port; when a unicast packet needs to be forwarded to a PE device, a CB device selects a port from the sub-aggregation group corresponding to the PE device to send the unicast packet; the forwarding path of the unicast packet is the shortest; bandwidth is saved; and the transmission efficiency is improved.
