The file compiling method includes the steps of on the basis of a dependence relation of a target file on a source file, a first header fileand a second header file involved in the first header file, compiling the source file, wherein the first header file is the header file involved in the source file; when a compiling error caused by the second header file is detected, preprocessing the first header file and obtaining a third header file involved in the first header file at present; according to the source file, the first header file and the third header file, updating the dependence relation; on the basis of the updated dependence relation, compiling the source file to regenerating a target file.
