Abstract

The invention provides a change-over valve and a backwash prefilter provided with the same. The change-over valve comprises a valve body, a transformation shaft and a driving part, wherein the valve body is provided with a first fluid inlet, a second fluid inlet and a fluid outlet; and the first fluid inlet is a normally opened fluid inlet. The transformation shaft can be rotationally inserted inthe valve body and is positioned between the second fluid inlet and the fluid outlet, and comprises a shaft lever and a sealing part arranged on the shaft lever. Elastic sealing slopes are separatelyformed on two sides of the sealing part. The distance between the two sealing slopes is gradually decreased in the radial direction of the shaft lever. The driving part is arranged on the shaft lever,and drives the sealing part to rotate in the valve body by means of the shaft lever. The sealing slopes on the sealing part seal the second fluid inlet or the fluid outlet.
