Abstract

The test device comprises a cylindrical capacitor; the cylindrical capacitor is composed of an inner electrode andan outer electrode which are coaxially arranged horizontally; the outer electrode is suspended at the bottom of a vertical elastic beam; the top of the elastic beam is provided with an adjustment frame; the elastic beam and the inner electrode are jointly connected with a voltage source; the voltage source is connected with a controller; the controller is connected with a current source and a laser interferometer; one end of the outer electrode is provided with a connecting rod; and the other end of the outer electrode is provided with a plane reflector for reflecting laser signals. Accordingto the test device and test method of the invention, with an electrostatic force adopted as standard test input and a balance method adopted as a test principle, and the linearity test of the electromagnetic torquer is realized.
