[0068] The purpose of realization is to use the video stream generated by IP camera shooting to realize the abnormal detection of object motion direction in the hot zone. The detection process is as follows.
[0069] 1) in such as Image 6 Calibrated hotspot (white square box), first test line and second test line (two white parallel lines in white square box) in the video area shown
[0070] A hot zone refers to one or more specific sub-areas that are focused on monitoring in a video area. If no hotspot is marked, the entire video frame area is a hotspot.
[0071] The first detection line and the second detection line are used to determine the moving direction of the object in the video. If the tracked moving object in the video passes through the second detection line first and then through the first detection line, it is considered that the object's motion direction is abnormal.
[0072] 2) Detect objects in video frames

Abstract
The invention relates to an abnormal moving object detection method used for video hotspot detection. The method includes the following steps of assigning a hotspot, a first detection line and a second detection line in a monitoring video; detecting moving objects in the video hotspot; tracing the detected moving objects in later video frames; utilizing a double-detection-line method for recordingthe movement directions of the moving objects in the video hotspot to judge whether or not the movement trails of the moving objects are abnormal; when the moving objects with abnormal movement trails are found, triggering an alarm and outputting a result for storage. By discovering multiple monitored objects in the hotspot of the monitoring video, tracing all the objects separately and meanwhileutilizing the movement direction trends of the objects to judge the movement direction of each traced object, alarm noise is greatly reduced.
