According to the invention, whether the position coordinates of the receiver are known or not is detected. Two time service modes withfixed coordinates and unknown coordinates are supported in a self-adaptive mode. Therefore, the limitation of the position coordinates of the receiver to the time service application of the single-station method is effectively solved. The time service availability of the global navigation satellite system is improved.
