The method includes the following steps: enabling image acquisition equipment to perform gray processing on an acquired image, and obtaining a gray value of each pixel point in the image; carrying out binarization processing on a target area of the image accordingto a preset threshold to classify various pixel points in the target area into a first type of pixel points or a second type of pixel points; calculating a first target value corresponding to all thefirst type of pixel points and a second target value corresponding to all the second type of pixel points, wherein the magnitudes of the first target value and the second target value reflect the brightness of the image; and adjusting the number of LED lights that are lighted on the LED fill light panel based on the first target value and the second target value to further achieve the automatic adjustment of the fill light intensity of the LED fill light panel.
