The temperature control method comprises: controlling a current of the LED lamp to be an initial current I0 during a process in which a temperature of the LED lighting system is raised from an initial temperature T0 to a second temperature T2; controlling the current of the LED lamp to drop from the initial current I0 to the first current I1 during a process in which the temperature is raised from the second temperature T2 to the third temperature T3; controlling the current of the LED lamp to drop from the first current I1 to the second current I2 during a process in which the temperature is raised from the third temperature T3 to the fifth temperature T5; controlling the current of the LED lamp to be maintained at the first current I1 during a process in which the temperature drops from the third temperature T3 to the fourth temperature T4; and controlling the current of the LED lamp torestore from the first current I1 to the initial current I0 during a process in which the temperature drops from the fourth temperature T4 to the first temperature T1.
