The high belite sulphoaluminate cement based disturbance-resistance concrete for rush repair is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of high belite sulphoaluminate cement, 1-100 parts of mineral admixture, 120-200 parts of fine aggregate, 200-300 parts of coarse aggregate, 0.1-1.0 part of polymer,1.0-2.0 parts of fiber. The water cement ratio is 0.28 to0.45. The polymer is a water reducer and a thickener; and the fibers are PP, PVA or steel fibers.
