The parking method comprises following steps: estimating a door collision between the vehicle and at least one other vehicle based at least in part on sensor data associated with the at least one other vehicle; in response to the estimated door collision, determining whether at least some of the collisions can be avoided by adjusting the posture of the vehicle; and taking corresponding actions based on the determination.
