Abstract

The invention is suitable for the field of integrated circuits, and provides a fractional band-gap reference circuit for low supply voltage on the basis of a BCD technology. The band-gap reference circuit mainly comprises a PTAT and CTAT generation structure, a bad-gap reference output structure, an offset and current source structure and an operational amplifier for clamping. In a branch where band-gap reference output is located, a PTAT current source is sourced into a node 1, a CTAT current sink is sunk on a node 2, the value sizes of the PTAT current source and the CTAT current sink are the same, and a resistor is connected between the node 1 and the node 2 in series. A voltage division circuit exists to conduct voltage division on the CTAT voltage and accesses the node 2, so that thefinally output reference voltage is 1/N of standard band-gap-based reference voltage (1.205 V under a silicon technology), wherein N is a positive integer. Due to the fact that the band-gap referencecircuit can be used for a circuit with the supply voltage lower than 1 V, the number of transistors connected with each branch in the circuit in series from power voltage to power and the working conditions need to be carefully considered.
