Problems solved by technology

This standard adds a purification step between extraction and measurement, because if the extraction is directly passed through the membrane on the machine without purification, a large number of miscellaneous peaks will appear on the detection spectrum, and the matrix interference is obvious, but the added purification process is cumbersome and does not meet the requirements. The principle of rapid detection, and matrix interference still exists, affecting the detection effect
Therefore, there is still a lack of standard detection methods for the illegal addition of papaverine in food in China. By establishing a detection method that meets the detection requirements, it is expected to fill the vacancy in this area

Embodiment Construction

[0028] 1. Matrix sample selection: For solid food, you can choose soaked duck feet and stewed chicken feet to represent sauced food and stewed food respectively; for liquid samples, choose soup stock for stewed foods; for semi-solid samples, choose seasoning powder packets for stewed foods.

[0029] 2. Sample preparation: mince the edible part of the solid matrix sample, stir and mix it, and store it in a bag at low temperature; stir and mix the semi-solid and liquid samples for sampling.

[0030] 3. Sample pretreatment: Weigh 2.00g of the prepared sample, add 5mL of pure water, 15mL of acetonitrile and 1.5g of anhydrous sodium acetate, vortex mix, and shake rapidly for 10min, then add 6g of anhydrous magnesium sulfate and vortex mix Mix well and shake rapidly for 10 minutes, then centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 5 minutes, take the supernatant in a chicken heart bottle, spin evaporate to dryness at 45 °C, dissolve with 2 mL of dissolving solution, pass through a 0.22 μm filter membr...

Abstract

The invention relates to a quick detecting method for papaverine, narcotine and thebaine. The quick detecting method comprises the steps of sample selection, pretreatment and determination, wherein the pretreatment comprises the following steps: adding pure water, acetonitrile and anhydrous sodium acetate into a sample, carrying out swirl oscillations, then adding anhydrous magnesium sulfate for swirl oscillations, and then centrifuging, taking a supernatant fluid for rotary evaporation till being dried, using a solving liquid for solving, and passing through a film and waiting for detecting.According to the quick detecting method provided by the invention, on the basis of QuEChERS principle adopting the matrix dispersing theory, the quick, accurate, economical and convenient detecting method for simultaneously detecting contents of various alkaloids such as pericarpium papaveris components in foods is established. The detection limit, the recovery percent, and the precision of the method all meet detecting requirements. The detecting method established can be used for detecting papaverine, narcotine and thebaine in soy sauce stewed foods and seasoning packets and soup sticks therefor, and also can be used for detecting papaverine, narcotine and thebaine in hotpot seasonings, sauce packets, seasoning powders and various soup-stock materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid detection method for papaverine, narcotine and thebaine. Background technique [0002] In recent years, cases of poppy shell ingredients found in food have occurred from time to time. Poppy husk is the dried and mature husk of Papaveraceae plants after harvesting opium. It contains more than 20 alkaloids, of which papaverine, morphine, codeine, thebaine, and narcotin are the main components. Adding opium poppy shells to food, its ingredients will cause great harm to people's physical and mental health, easily make consumers addicted, produce dependence, cause drug addiction, and pose a threat to social security. It is an illegal act explicitly prohibited by the state. By measuring the content of alkaloid residues in poppy shells in food, we can judge whether it is illegally added in food, and provide strong evidence for law enforcement. [0003] Currently, there is no unified statutory detection method for the illegal...
