After the floating mechanism sink into the water by the preset depth, the pre-arranged weight correspondingly falls into the water bottom, and thus, the floating mechanism does not sink again, but is suspended and fixed in the water, so that the storm attack above the water can be avoided, and the damage degree is reduced.
