Abstract

The Gauss plume model is used for establishing a coal-fired pollutant diffusion model suitable for power generation dispatch in the power system, used for describing the temporal and spatial distribution of coal-fired pollutant diffusion concentration. In order to meet therequirements of concentration limits for different pollutant items in national environmental air quality standards, the invention provides the atmospheric environmental quality constraints based on the coal-fired pollutant concentration, and then constructs the power system operation dispatching method considering the atmospheric environmental quality constraints.
