Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting lipid of euphausia superb oil in real time by rapidly evaporating ionization mass spectrum. The method comprises the following steps: A, extracting euphausia superb oil through alcohol; B, ionizing the euphausia superb oil, then introducing a mass spectrometer and performing detection to obtain a mass spectrum profile map; and C, comparing the mass spectrum profile map through MassLynx, and then determining a lipidomic profile of samples.
