Abstract

The humidity generating device comprises a saturator used for generating saturated gas, a dual-pressure humidity control module used for adjusting the humidity of the saturated gas, and a gas mixer, wherein the saturator, the dual-pressure humidity control module and the gas mixer are connected in sequence; and the dual-pressure humidity control module comprises a pressure reducer; the gas mixer is provided with a dry gas inlet allowing dry gas to enter the gas mixer to mix with intermediate gas flowing out of the dual-pressure humidity control module so as to obtain gas with set humidity. The saturated gas generated by the saturator passes through the dual-pressure humidity control module and becomes the intermediate gas with low humidity, and then, an appropriate amount of dry gas and the intermediate gas are introduced into the gas mixer as needed for mixing so as to obtain the low-humidity gas with the set humidity. Compared with the prior art, since the relative humidity of the intermediate gas having been mixed with the dry gas is low, only a small amount of dry gas is needed for mixing with the intermediate gas so as toobtain the low-humidity gas with the set humidity, so the problem of wasting of dry gas in preparation of low-humidity gas in the prior art is overcome.
