Abstract

Systems and methods for contract management in a data marketplace are disclosed. In an embodiment, the system performs contract reconstruction, during which the system extracts conditions and circumstances from a contract and generates a simplified diagram of the contract. The system further performs requirements verification based on the contract, during which the system determines whether the characteristics of the data entity match the requirements specified by the first party based on the domain-specific ontology. If the characteristics of the data entity do not match the requirements, the system obtains one or more related attributes from the ontology list, and verifies whether the characteristics of the entity together with the selected characteristic(s) meet the requirements. The system thus generates conforming documents as output requiring verification.
