The sound insulation screen unit comprises a sound insulation substrate and a mounting member for mounting on the wall, the sound insulation substrate is movably mounted on the mounting member, the sound insulation substrate is spaced apartfrom the sash, the ventilation silencer unit comprises a ventilation member and a noise absorbing blade, the ventilation member is provided with an air inlet passage for connecting the indoor and outdoor, the noise absorbing blade is mounted on the ventilation member, and the noise absorbing blade is located in the air inlet passage; during movement of the sound insulation substrate relative to the mounting member, the sound insulation substrate can block an air channel passing through the sash port of the sash and communicating with the indoor, so that the outdoor air is allowed to enter theroom from the air inlet passage.
