The method comprises the steps of acquiring a current environmental state of the electronic scaleand a current sampling weight value of the electronic scale, wherein the current environmental state of the electronic scale comprises a current environmental air speed; obtaining a sampling amplitude extreme value of the electronic scale under the current environmental state and a sampling frequency extreme value of the electronic scale under the current environmental state according to the acquired current environmental state; obtaining a correction value of the electronic scale under the current environmental state by employing an average method according to the sampling amplitude extremevalue of the electronic scale under the current environmental state and the sampling frequency extreme value under the current environmental state; and correcting the current sampling weight value ofthe electronic scale according to the obtained correction value. The current environmental state of the electronic scale comprises the current environmental air speed, the influence of an environmental factor such as wind can be eliminated, and the universality is higher; and moreover, the corresponding correction value can be obtained by combining the amplitude extreme value and the frequency extreme value which are sampled in real time, the weighing result is more accurate, and the method can be widely applied to the field of metering.
