However, some embodiments do not limit the amount of mobility, which means that the UE may still cause the required load to the network due to the frequent use of mobility procedures within the allowed, but smaller area. It can be assumed that devices with no or low mobility (e.g. stationary or FWA devices) cause less load on the network, since their mobility is mainly due to changing radio conditions and thus have relatively low frequency. Carriers may be incentivized to base subscription fees on a combination of geo-restrictions and session levels imposed.
