An experiment proves that the desmodium triflorum herb total flavonoid extract can effectively improve the pathological change of ulcerative colitis model mouse intestinal tissues. By reducing the number of ILC3s cells in colon tissues, the desmodium triflorum herb total flavonoid extract can also inhibit the expression of the upstream regulatory factor IL-1Beta and the downstream IL-17A and promote the expression of IL-10 and IL-22 in the intestinal tissues, thus exerting the effect of treating ulcerative colitis.
