Abstract

A method and apparatus for processing an image are disclosed in embodiment of that present application. One embodiment of the method includes a target image frame is selected from a target video, wherein the target image frame includes at least one target object image; the target image frame is input into a pre-trained target detection model to obtain at least one target position information, wherein, the target position information is used to characterize the position of the target object image in the target image frame; at least one target position information and a target image frame are input into a pre-trained target tracking model, and tracking object identification information corresponding to predicted position information and predicted position information are outputted, wherein predicted position information is used to characterize a position of a tracking object mapped in a target image frame, and tracking object identification information is used to identify a tracking object. The embodiment improves the accuracy of predicting the position of the tracking object and enriches the means of predicting the position of the tracking object.
