Therefore, occurrence of the hotspot event within the preset period of time is determined according to the video type of at least one video uploaded during the preset period of time and the hotspot event is pushed, so that the majority of users can obtain related contents of the hotspot event timely and thusthe timeliness of the hotspot event pushing is improved.
