The invention discloses a high-salinity heating geothermal tail water treatment system which comprises a membrane system A and a membrane system B, wherein the membrane system A comprises a first liftpump, a first filter structure and an external-pressure ultrafiltration membrane which are sequentially connected in series; a first pressure gauge is arranged on a pipeline between the first lift pump and the first filter structure; the membrane system B comprises a second lift pump, a second filter structure and a nanofiltration membrane which are sequentially connected in series; a water inletend of the second lift pump is communicated with a water outlet end of the external-pressure ultrafiltration membrane; a second pressure gauge is arranged on a pipeline between the second lift pump and the second filter structure. In a tail water treatment process, the high-salinity heating geothermal tail water treatment system disclosed by the invention can reduce the content of overproof indexes such as TDS, fluoride, chloride and boron, and realizes efficient reduction of pollutants in the tail water.
