The rock impact loading-unloading confining pressure testing system comprises a bearing frame unit, an axial pressure loading unit, an impact loading unit and a confining pressure loading unit and further comprises a confining pressure unloading unit, a loading control unit, a monitoring unit and a data analysis unit; the bearing frame unit comprises a base, upright columns and a beam, the upright columns are vertically arranged at two sides of the upper surface of the base, and the beam is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the upper parts of the upright columns; the axial pressure loading unit is fixedly arranged on a middle position of the upper surface of the base andis used for applying an axial pressure from bottom to top to a test piece; the impact loading unit is fixedly arranged on the beam and is used for applying an axial impact load from top to bottom tothe test piece; and the confining pressure loading unit is arranged between the axial pressure loading unit and the impact loading unit and is used for applying confining pressure within a horizontalplane to the test piece.
