Methods, apparatus, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for adaptive intelligent learning can assist in vehicle operation including generating a situational profile including driver identity data, vehicle state data, or off-vehicle state data. The contextual profile is compared to an auxiliary profile including aggregated identity data, aggregated vehicle state data, or aggregated off-vehicle state data. An assistance profile corresponds to an assistance instruction. Based on the comparison, a similarity value corresponding to the auxiliary profile is generated based on the comparison between the contextual profile and the auxiliary profile. The maximum similarity value corresponds to the auxiliary profile most similar to the contextual profile. In response to the usage frequency value exceeding the usage frequency threshold, an assistance instruction corresponding to the assistance profile most similar to the contextual profile may be selected.
