The method comprises the steps: obtaining a daily load prediction curve; calculating a total predicted load at each moment in the daily load prediction curve according to the predicted load; taking a condition that the sum of the output power of the generator at all moments is equal to the total predicted load as a first constraint condition; taking a condition that the sum of the load reduction amounts at all moments is equal to the sum of the load recovery quantities as a second constraint condition; taking a power flow equation corresponding to a single moment as a third constraint condition according to the predicted load of the single moment; taking the output power constraint of a generator as a fourth constraint condition; taking the bus voltage constraint as a fifth constraint condition; performing optimization by taking a total cost function combining the load reduction cost and the power generation cost as anobjective function to obtain an optimization result; scheduling the generator and load translation at the same time according to an optimization result.
