Problems solved by technology

Chemical pesticides are not only ineffective, but also pollute the environment and affect the physical and mental health of agricultural operators; most disease-resistant varieties can only resist a single physiological race of banana wilt, and there is a danger of large-scale outbreaks when several physiological races invade at the same time

[0016] Hereinafter, the implementation manners of the present application will be described in detail with the examples, so as to fully understand and implement the implementation process of how the present application uses technical means to solve technical problems and achieve technical effects.

[0017] Banana Fusarium wilt is a typical vascular fungal disease and a soil-borne disease. The spores of its pathogen can survive in the soil for decades. Due to the characteristics of triploid banana itself and the long breeding cycle of disease resistance, it is not easy to control the disease in a short time. By studying the antagonistic mechanism of banana rhizosphere microorganisms and root endophytes and the pathogen of Fusarium wilt, discover, identify and screen the beneficial rhizosphere microorganisms and root endophytic bacteria community characteristics (type, abundance, structure) associated with disease-resistant materials And related functional genes, the present invent...

Abstract

The invention provides a banana wilt prevention and control method based on simulated rhizosphere soil (SRS) embedding of beneficial microorganisms. The method includes: during the seedling stage of bananas, inoculating the beneficial microorganisms into the rhizosphere of banana seedlings, wherein the beneficial microorganisms are embedded in SRS particles, the SRS particles of the beneficial microorganisms are placed 1cm below roots of test-tube seedlings, and the beneficial microorganisms include pseudomonas fluorescens, trichoderma harzianum, bacillus malodorium, bacillus pumilus and bacillus amyloliquefaciens; if banana seedlings are tissue cultured test-tube seedlings, releasing the SRS particles with sterile water to embed the beneficial microorganisms and then directly adding the beneficial microoranisms to the roots of the tissue cultured seedlings so as to colonize the roots of the beneficial microorganisms. After the five beneficial microorganisms are inoculated in the rhizosphere of the banana seedlings, the population and abundance of the microorganisms in the rhizosphere of the banana seedlings are significantly changed, the incidence degree and incidence of blight can be effectively reduced, and plant growth is thus promoted.

Description

Technical field [0001] The application belongs to the technical field of banana disease prevention and control, and specifically relates to a method for preventing and controlling banana fusarium wilt based on the simulated rhizosphere soil embedding beneficial microorganisms. Background technique [0002] Banana Fusarium wilt is caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense (Foc) infection, and is a typical vascular fungal disease. Foc invaded the vascular bundle along the root wound and continued to extend upward, leading to necrosis of the vascular bundle, and finally the whole plant withered and died. [0003] At present, banana wilt disease has spread to major banana producing countries in the world, becoming one of the most devastating banana diseases. Banana Fusarium wilt can be spread through diseased seedlings, transportation vehicles and personnel. The traditional prevention and control methods of banana fusarium wilt mainly include the use of chemical pesticides and the cu...
