Embodiment Construction

[0030] As mentioned above, figure 1 The overall structure of a reduction gear 10 with a planetary gear is shown. During operation of the planetary gear 10 , due to the high torque transmitted through the reduction gear 10 , this leads to deformation of the planet carrier 18 and to misalignment of the axes of the planet gears 20 . In addition, centrifugal force also causes deformation of the planet carrier 18 and also causes misalignment of the planetary gears 20 . As noted above, it is critical that the planetary gears 20 remain properly positioned even if the planetary carrier 18 deforms during its operation.

[0031] like figure 2 As can be seen in , the planet carrier 18 according to the invention extends along an axis A and comprises two parts: a torque transmitting member 24 having a longitudinal axis A and an annular cage 26 extending around the axis A. An annular cage 26 is connected to the longitudinal ends of the torque member 24 . The torque transmitting member ...

Abstract

Planet carrier (18) for a speed-reducing unit with a planetary gear set (10), comprising a torque transmission part (24) having a longitudinal axis A and an annular cage (26) extending about the axisA and connected to one longitudinal end of the part (24). The cage (26) comprises two flanks (28, 30) extending substantially radially relative to the axis A and connected by curved members (32), seats (36) extending axially between the flanks (28, 30) and being intended for carrying planet wheels (20) mounted rotatingly about the seats (36). The curved members (32) comprise bars (33, 34) which are each inclined relative to a longitudinal plane passing through the axis A and substantially through the corresponding bar (33, 34).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a planetary carrier for a reduction gear with a planetary gear, in particular for an aircraft turbine engine. Background technique [0002] The purpose of a mechanical reducer is to vary the speed and / or torque ratio between the input and output shafts of a mechanism. [0003] Traditionally, bypass turbine engines, especially those with high dilution ratios, include a mechanical speed reducer 10 with planetary gearing (see figure 1 ) to drive the shaft 12 of the fan (not shown). Generally, the purpose of the reducer 10 with planetary gearing is to convert the so-called fast rotational speed of the power turbine 14 into a slower rotational speed of the shaft 12 for driving the fan. [0004] Conventionally, a reducer 10 with planetary gearing comprises (with respect to the longitudinal axis A of the turbine engine, in particular around which the shaft of the power turbine 14 rotates): [0005] - a sun pinion 16 in the form of ...
