Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a touch display panel and a touch display device. The touch display device comprises: a display panel having an active area where images are displayed and anon-active area disposed outside the active area; at least one function module disposed in the active area; a plurality of first touch sensor groups disposed in a first direction in the active area and each including one or more first touch sensors; and a plurality of second touch sensor groups disposed in a second direction crossing the first direction in the active area and each including one or more second touch sensors, wherein the plurality of first touch sensors and the plurality of second touch sensors are disposed in an area except for the area where the function module is disposed inthe active area. The present invention is possible to provide a touch sensing function throughout the entire area where images are displayed in a structure including an area, where images are not displayed, such as a function module in an active area.
