The unit cell connector is used for connecting at least two battery pack modules used as driving energy storage devices of the motor vehicle; at least one battery pack unit cell is arranged in the battery pack housing, the battery pack housing is provided with at least one contact plate, and the contact plate is used for electrically contacting the at least one battery pack unit cell; according to the invention, at least one individually designed threaded insert is arranged on one side of the contact plate for tightening the unit cell connectors against the contact plate, and the battery pack housing has an opening, such that the at least one threaded insert can be arranged in the battery pack housing in a manner that the at least one threaded insert can be brought into direct access via the opening.
